Alright, there was an incident earlier today, on April 10th, 2011, where members started to discuss an idea belonging to a member. The words such as weird, were brought up, and the terms, and sentences accompanied by it were degrading and insulting to the thinker. Even as I read the logs I was quit disgusted by how our members acted at that time. I would like all involved to formally apologize to Mike for this behavior. I had a lot of respect, and put a lot of trust in my members of this site to be mature, respectful and kind and obviously I was wrong to do so as it was proven.

As such, there is a new rule in place. Anyone caught bad-mouthing and publicly criticizing an idea of any member, or staff will be banned depending on the severity of the offense for a set amount of time. There is no warning, the messages will be deleted from the chatbox and you will be gone for a minimum of a full 24-hours in the chatbox. As Roleplayers, many strive to stand out, and let their creative ideas come to life, and to turn the normal into the extrodinary. To be called weird, weak, and stupid is the gravest insult you can give, especially to people who put their hearts into their works. This is not because the one insulted is staff, if it were a regular member these actions would be the same.

So the rule is up, and I hope our members will be more mature in the future and show respect by apologizing through PM, or even the thread. That is all.
